According to reports today, Amy Winehouse could be arrested and face a six month jail sentence after allegedly attacking two men while on a drug-fuelled bender.

The 24-year-old drug addict, supposedly headbutted a man who was trying to help her get into a cab outside a bar and then apparently punched another man in the face.  She also angered a taxi driver by only paying for half of her fare home.

It was claimed by a source that she was seen kissing a man at one nightspot and then at another bar, was throwing drinks around and overturning tables while screaming “I am a legend…I want to take drugs.”

Winehouse arrived at The Good Mixer in Camden, North London with the guitarist from Babyshambles, Mik Whitnall, after drinking all day at home.  She then apparently visited a friends flat to get another top before attending a nightclub.

Inside the pub she allegedly hit Moroccan musician who refused to give way to her at the pool table.  The victim said “I feel so angry.  She smashed my face hard.  I could not hit back -she’s a woman.”

It was claimed that Winehouse was high on drugs at the time, and was seen on the streets of Camden looking wide-eyed, confused and unsteady on her feet after a six-hour pub crawl.  After playing pool at the pub, she returned home but was seen leaving again at 2am to go to Bar Tok.

She left the bar at approximately 2.45am, which is when the incident took place.  As a man tried to get her a cab, she thought he was trying to molest her and headbutted him in the face and yesterday the man went to the police and reported the incident.  If convicted of assault she could face six-months in jail and a £2000 fine.

It was also claimed that Winehouse had attempted to headbutt and punch a man on the street as she was buying her newspapers before heading home.

When she arrived home at 4am, she and a couple of male friends had to break into her garage to get in as she had lost her door keys.

It was reported earlier this week, that the singing sensation has been nominated for three Ivor Novello awards, which award excellence in songwriting composition.

Her record company bosses, have reportedly threatened to stop the release of any new material until she is clean.  She has been staying at the house of Mark Ronson, apparently, where she is supposed to be finishing the much-anticipated new Bond theme tune for the film, Quantum of Solace.
