Britney Spears has attended the Los Angeles Superior Court with her parents and lawyers, where the Commissioner, Scott Gordan, expanded her visitation rights allowing the 26-year-old, longer periods with her sons.
The boys father, Kevin Federline will retain custody of them, and outside the court, Mr Federline’s lawyer said that the longer visitations were “recognition of the progress that has been made.”
It is now three months since Britney left the psychiatric unit and certainly looks to have cleaned up her act. She also seems to have made a success of her cameo appearance on ‘How I Met Your Mother’, and is set to make another appearance on the 12 May, after recording the show last week.
James Spears, Britney’s father, has been in control of his daughters personal and financial affairs for the past three months and the singer herself has kept a low profile, but it’s good to see her back on track.
