Model Sophie Anderton was arrested at Waterloo station on Monday evening, according to reports, after arriving to catch the Eurostar train following a day of drinking with friends.

After discovering the service hadn’t departed from there for the past two-years, the 32-year-old began hitting out at her aides and shouting ‘don’t you know who I am?’, the model was taken to the Tottenham Court road police station where she was held overnight and was allegedly fined £80 for being drunk and disorderly before being released.

The French film actor Gerard Depardieu has been accused of damaging a car near his home in Paris following a night out where witnesses claim to have seen him leaving a nightclub unsteadily.

The 60-year-old was allegedly seen going over to a parked vehicle and then kicking the doors and smashing the windscreen with his fists.  The actor has been quizzed by police and has been ordered to attend the police station after the Christmas holidays to explain his actions.

Kym Marsh, the Coronation Street actress, has revealed that she and her new boyfriend, Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas, are expecting a baby.

Marsh, formally married to Jack Ryder, is due to give birth in the Summer and said that they are delighted with the news.

Boy George, aka George O’Dowd, has today been found guilty of falsely imprisoning a male escort.  The singer handcuffed the escort to his bed while accusing him of tampering with his computer.

O’Dowd is expected to be sentenced on 16th January and has been warned by Judge David Radford, that he is ‘likely’ to face jail.

Boy George is due in court today to face charges of falsely imprisoning and assaulting an escort.  The 46-Year-old former Culture Club singer, allegedly chained the escort to the wall of his London home in April 2007.

Leona Lewis is apparently to sing at the celebration concert for the inauguration of Barack Obama.  She will be performing alongside Beyoncé and Jay-Z in Washington DC on the 20th January.

It’s know that the ‘Bleeding Love’ singer has previously given her support to Obama, after claiming he was a good role model for disadvantaged children in Britain today.
