Jamelia

The singer Jamelia and her footballer husband Darren Byfield, are starting legal proceedings to end their 16-month marriage and have issued a statement which read;

“It is with regret that Jamelia and Darren Byfield confirm they are splitting up and getting a divorce.  No one else is involved. Their priority is naturally their two children.”

Jamelia, 28,  has an eight-year-old daughter from a previous relationship and the couple have a four-year-old daughter Tiani together.

Coleen and Wayne Rooney, proudly emerged from the Liverpool Women’s Hospital this morning to take home their new born son Kai Wayne Rooney.

The footballer was all smiles as he carried his son out in a black car seat before getting into the family people carrier to head to their Cheshire mansion.

The former front-man for the the Stone Roses, Ian Brown, was arrested yesterday according to reports for assaulting his wife and has now been released on bail.

Neighbours of the singer called police after a disturbance at the 46-year-old’s home in West London and he was taken into custody.  He was previously jailed in 1998 for an air rage incident and in 2005 was arrested for another assault which was later dropped without charge.

Wayne Rooney

Coleen Rooney has given birth to her first child today a son which the couple have named Kai Wayne Rooney who weighed in at 8lb 20z.

Wayne and Coleen arrived at the Liverpool Women’s Hospital last night where Coleen was said to have been induced today after the baby was overdue by nine days.

Mel Gibson has become a father for the eighth time after his 39-year-old Russian girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva gave birth to a daughter on Friday.

Mother and baby are said to be doing well despite her early arrival as she wasn’t due until December.  The couple have yet to reveal the name of the baby which gives a total of ten children between them.

Sir Elton John was hoping to be well enough to leave hospital this week as he doesn’t want to let anymore of his fans down by cancelling further gigs.

The 62-year-old singer was hospitalised on Friday suffering from flu-like symptoms before it was discovered that he was also ill from an E. coli bacterial infection.  Elton is hoping to be well enough to attend the planned gig on the 14th November in the US where he will appear alongside Billy Joel.

Heidi Klum is also reported to have become a new mum again after giving birth to her first daughter on Friday, only 1 hour after being induced.

The Supermodel and husband, singer ‘Seal’, have named their baby girl Lou Samuel but have still not officially announced the new arrival.

Coleen Rooney has finally confirmed that her and husband Wayne are expecting their first child which is due in October after rumours of her pregnancy began last month.

Mrs Rooney is currently working on her new series of the ITV2 show Coleen’s Real Women but has said that once the baby arrives she will give up work and be a full-time mum.

The youngest daughter of actor Ray Winstone, is the new face and body of the Ann Summers latest campaign.  Lois Winstone, 27-year-old, is usually seen in her acting roles including parts in The Bill and Holby City.

The inspiring actress will this year appear in a film alongside her father called ‘Father of Girls’ and another called ‘The Rapture’.

The Los Angeles group of the Bafta’s are to present the British actress with a lifetime achievement award at their ceremony in May.

The event is part of ‘BritWeek’, where the British are honoured for their involvement in the cultural and business life of the city.

Jamie Oliver

Jamie Oliver and wife Jules welcomed their new baby daughter Petal Blossom Rainbow, born at 2,46am this morning at the Portland Street Hospital.

It is the third daughter for the couple who already have Poppy Honey, 7, and Daisy Boo, 5, and they have already admitted to wanting more children in the future.

Matthew Horne and is co-star Imelda Staunton, have both been struck down with illnesses, leaving audience members furious after it was announced that neither would be appearing on stage last night.

Horne, collapsed on during the matinee performance yesterday and was taken to hospital, and Staunton was taken ill during the performance and couldn’t carry on.  Both are said to recuperating at home now.

Coleen Rooney was at Aintree today for the Grand National Festival’s Ladies Day where she was to judge the ‘Best Dressed’ annual event.

Coleen, was also celebrating her 23rd birthday today amid rumours that she is also three-months pregnant with her first child.
