The actor Sir Ian McKellen, has recently revealed that he received several death threats when he confessed to being gay.

He claimed the threats began in 1988 but have “declined considerably” in recent years.  He said,

“I think I’ve become rather boring to the public on this issue.”

The actor Ethan Hawke has apparently married his children’s former nanny Ryan Shawhughes, just in time judging by her baby bump.

Hawke was previously married to Uma Thurman and they have two children Maya Ray, 9, and Levon Roan, 6, but this is the first child of Ms. Shawhughes and the Training Day actor.

Hawke, who met Shawhughes after his first wife hired her to take care of the children, he has always maintained that he didn’t get involved with the nanny until after his divorce in 2005.
