Your never too old to blog and that’s just what actor Kirk Douglas has been up to at the grand old age of 92.
The father of Michael Douglas set up his own site on MySpace to promote his memoir ‘Lets Face It’, but has started adding his views on a range of subjects and has so far collected over 4,000 friends on the site.
Leona Lewis has been named PETA’s 2008 Person Of The Year due to her support and her protests against buying animal products.
Earlier in the year, members of the organisation voted the singer as the Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity. She was also reported to have turned down a £1 million deal to open the Harrods Sale because they sell real fur.
The sister of child actor Macaulay Culkin has been killed after being hit by a car in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Dakota Culkin, 29 was hit by the vehicle as she stepped off a curb whilst out walking. She was taken to the UCLA Medical Centre but died on Wednesday from head injuries.
Macaulay, famous for the ‘Home Alone’ movies, is said to be devastated by the tragic accident.
