Leona Lewis left a book signing in London yesterday in tears after a fan punched her in the face in front of hundreds of fans. The X Factor winner was left needing treatment to a cut to the face after a fan lunged at her before being wrestled to the floor by security guards.
The 24-year-old singer was seen leaving the event in tears clutching the side of her face while the attacker was led away by police before being arrested for assault.
