Lily Allen was named GQ’s ‘Woman Of The Year’ last night at the men’s magazine’s annual award ceremony held at London’s Royal Opera House.
The Formula One driver Jenson Button was voted ‘Sportsman Of The Year’ at the prize-giving event with ‘Take That’ being awarded ‘Band Of The Year’.
During a British press conference today for the Michael Jackson Tribute show, Jermaine Jackson broke down and cried when he was asked about his families mourning process.
Jermaine stated that Michael didn’t just belong to his family but to the world and told of how are it had been to move on. The tribute to the ‘King Of Pop’ takes place in Vienna, Austria on the 26th September, with a host of stars including Mary J Blige, Akon, Natalie Cole, Stevie Wonder, R. Kelly and Sister Sledge.
Former Spice Girl Mel C, has signed-up to make her debut on stage in the West End after joining the cast of one of the longest running musical shows ‘Blood Brothers’.
The 35-year-old singer, became a mother for the first time in February when she gave birth to daughter Scarlett and is said to appearing on the show from 26th October 2009.
