The son of Formula One chief Max Mosley was found dead at his west London home yesterday after a suspected drug overdose.
Alexander Mosley, 39, was found slumped over his desk by a cleaner in what is thought to be an accidental overdose as no suicide note was found.
Michael Jackson is allegedly being sued for £29 million by the former publicist who worked for him during the 2005 child abuse case.
Jackson has apparently not paid for the services provided by lawyer Raymone Bain who has tried on several occasions to resolve the matter amicably.
Kiefer Sutherland is to hand himself him to police after the alleged attack on designer Jack McCollough at a nightclub in New York on Monday.
The 42-year-old actor is to be charged with assault after headbutting the victim and breaking his nose after an argument broke out between the two men.
