Sharon Osbourne
According to reports, Sharon Osbourne has signed-up to appear on the next edition of the BBC 1 show ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The 56-year-old, previously said how eager she was to dance on the show and apparently her wish has been granted and is set to complete the contract within the next couple of weeks.
The new series of ‘Have I Got News For You’ begins again Friday, with the usual hosts Ian Hislop and Paul Merton heading the show, but who have they got lined-up for guest hosts this season?
Do you know who it is yet? Yep, Rolf Harris, who admitted to be a fan of the show for several years and is really excited by the invitation to appear on the show for the first time.
Celebrities turned-out today for the funeral of Sir Clement Freud, on what would have been his 85th birthday. The service took place at a church near Fleet Street in London and was said to be filled with laughter in a celebration of the former MP’s life.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown attended the service, where he paid tribute to his friend and colleague. Famous faces were spotted amongst family and friends of the writer, which included Bono, Stephen Fry, Paul Merton, Graham Norton, Mel Smith and Lord Steel amongst others.
