The former Stereophonics drummer Stuart Cable was found dead at 5.30am this morning at his home in Aberdare, South Wales following a suspected drinking binge.
Cable admitted in the past about his drinking and drug use, and was kicked out of the band six years ago after falling out with the singer Kelly Jones.
The musician, who’s biography titled ‘Demons and Cocktails’ is due out on Friday, vowed to give up his rock’n'roll lifestyle admitting that he could be a pain in the a**e when high on cocaine.
The 40-year-old has recently been playing with his new band ‘Killing for Company’, the first band to play at the new Liberty Stadium in Swansea where they supported The Who.
