Halle Berry has given birth to a baby daughter. She was born on Sunday morning and weighed 7lb 4oz.
It is the first child for Halle 41 years old, and her partner, 32 year old model Gabriel Aubry.
The couple met in 2005 and the pregnancy was announced last September when she was three months gone.
It was reported at the time that the actress actually did 35 home pregnancy tests before believing she was pregnant and said “I wanted this for so long.” She had reported to have said that her pregnancy had been a dream “No morning sickness, no vomiting, no hot sweats. I’ve loved every second of it.”
Miss Berry had earlier stated that her and Gabriel had not chosen a first name before the birth but that the baby would take her fathers last name.
