Marie Osmond
Marie Osmond returned to the stage of the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel last night following the burial of her son, 18-year-old Michael Bryan. It is believed the youngster took his own life on February 26th, after it was reported that he had leapt to his death from an apartment building following depression.
Accompanied by her brother Donny, the pair began their sell-out show with the Aretha Franklin number ‘I knew you were waiting for me’, and received a standing ovation for their brave decision to carry-on with the booking.
Marie ended the show in tears after dedicating an emotional operatic number to her son, after admitting that she had never relied on her faith so much as this week.
