David Blaine is on his current stunt of hanging upside down in Central Park for 60 hours despite warnings that the rise in blood pressure could potentially cause a stroke or even blindness.

If he makes the deadline, he will then do something called ‘the dive of death’, what exactly that means the magician has not revealed but he is already talking about a new stunt, jumping from Niagara Falls.

According to reports, Jamie Lynn Spears, sister of Britney Spears, has had a photo stolen of her breast feeding her 3-month-old daughter, sparking a federal pornography investigation as Jamie Lynn is still a minor as of course is the baby.

Photographs had apparently been taken on a digital camera by the baby’s father, which he then took to the local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies where it is thought someone made extra copies to sell and make a profit.

Unbelievably, John Lydon, lead singer with The Sex Pistols, is apparently to become the new face for the UK butter brand Country Life.

I can’t personally think of any one worse to be sharing my breakfast table with, oh well, cereals more healthy anyway!

Otis Ferry, son of Bryan Ferry, was taken into custody last night after being accused of perverting the course of justice by allegedly telephoning one of the witnesses in the robbery and assault trial and telling them not to provide the police with certain evidence.  He will be appearing at Gloucester Crown Court today to plea for bail.

Britney Spears is to go on trial in October for driving without a valid license despite her lawyers hoping to get the case dismissed.

The 26-year-old singer was accused of not having a valid license when she hit another car in August 2007 and then driving off, all caught on camera of course.

Ewan McGregor

Ewan McGregor revealed that he was treated for skin cancer earlier this year after being diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma after having a number of moles removed for safety.

The actor dismisses claims that he was battling cancer because it demeans the term for real sufferers.  He said that “I would hate to say I had a cancer scare, because it’s not fair to people who really have cancer scares.  In my case, my mortality wasn’t called into question.”

Ryan O’Neal and his son Redmond were allegedly arrested yesterday on suspicion of drug possession after a search at their home found crystal meth (methamphetamine).  In July this year, O’Neal’s daughter Tatum, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after a drug arrest in June.

David Gest has finally admitted that he regrets having his cosmetic surgery.  We all regret you having the surgery, you’re scary!

Gest had a nose job, face-lift, cheek implants and was given a cleft chin back in 1981, although to be fair, he’s a lot less frightening since he is not photographed alongside his ex-wife Liza Minneli anymore.

Orlando Bloom

According to reports the gorgeous Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley, are to remake a new version of ‘Saturday Night Fever’ called ‘The Fever Returns’.

The main difference is likely to be the setting, which is apparently to be in Hertfordshire in the UK instead of the USA.

Pixie Geldof was seen out and about celebrating her 18th birthday last night, and what a mess.  She emerged the worse for wear after visiting Bungalow 8 where she could at last enjoy a legal drink.

She seemed to make the most of the evening and made her exit with her skirt up around her waist revealing the gusset of her tights, how lovely and how grown-up.

It has been revealed that Oasis man, Noel Gallagher, allegedly wants to write a sitcom with Russell Brand.  Gallagher who is a regular on the Radio 2 show with Brand admitted that at the moment he has to concentrate on Oasis but it’s a possibility for the future.
