Reports in today’s newspapers claim Pete Doherty has fallen on hard times and even turned up to play live at a birthday party for £100.

Apparently one young girls father told Doherty his daughter “was a huge fan and that he’d give him £100 to perform at her party” and he actually turned-up and performed his hits.

Other party-goers were heard asking him “when he was going to start making dogs out of balloons” which he took in good humour

Since word has spread, Doherty is said to have been inundated with requests to play at private functions.
