Ralf Little, who played Antony in ‘ The Royle Family’, has had to do a ‘full frontal’ nude scene for his new movie ‘The Waiting Room’.
Ralf admitted it was ‘nerve-racking’ and a little different to his usual on-screen roles. He said “There’s a full frontal naked scene of me in the first two minutes, which was quite nerve-racking. After about the first 20 seconds you go ‘Oh Whatever’ and you just get on with it.”
The film is directed by Roger Goldby and Ralf said “It’s a love story between me and Anne-Marie Duff, who is wonderful. It’s quite a serious, quite a poignant drama. It’s still funny in places, like hopefully most good stories are, and it’s just been a really exciting experience for me to do something so different and so new. So I’m very pleased with it and I just hope that it gets a good response.”
‘The Waiting Room’ revolves around the entangle love lives of a group of twenty and thirty something South Londoners. It is a bracingly clear-headed account of relationships hitting sticky patches. It is also a deeply romantic movie that will renew your faith in the idea of love at first sight.
Members of the cast include; Rupert Graves, Frank Finlay, Zoe Telford and Daisy Donovan amongst others and the film has already received some great reviews.
