The Spice Girls ended their much hyped tour last night in Toronto amid a very emotional scene of hugs and kisses. There was even a group hug at the end of their performance between Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton.

Victoria tried to make it a show to remember with some very raunchy dancing with one of the banking dancers dressed only in a black lace basque and black lacy tights.

The tour ended ahead of schedule reportedly due to poor ticket sales although there have been many rumours surrounding the girls and their ongoing differences.

Geri Halliwell gave an emotional speech saying “I’ve just got to say, as you know, this is the last night of the tour and we never dreamt we’d ever be back together and be such a success and who knows if we’ll ever be back together again”.

The girls rounded off the final show with a lively performance of ‘Spice Up Your Life’, and they made the final night official by posting a message on their website which read “Our time is up…we’ve come to the end of the road…there are tears of both sadness and joy. Look how far we’ve come!. “Who would have thought that our reunion could have turned out to be this amazing? It just shows what can grow out of an exciting thought, an idea, a hope, a dream. Yes, our reunion tour is proof that dreams do come true.”

The Spice’s brought their children out on stage again for the final time near the end of their 95 minute show with Cruz Beckham yet again showing his dance moves to a delighted audience.

The Spice Girls are now said to be going onto different levels in their lives. Victoria is already promoting her dVd fashion line, Geri is writing a series of children’s books, Mel C is returning to her solo singing career and Emma is going to have some family time with her new baby, so it really does look like the end of the road for the Spice Girls.
